Don't know much about 800 but I remember seeing a similar message with traverse not finding its home position on a Dolev 4-press. If these machines share the same design, then you should check the traverse carriage to move freely. With machine shut down try to move the traverse by hand a few inches rotating the leadscrew then start up the recorder. Ideally defeat one of the side interlocks and visually check if the recorder initializes the carriage system properly, passing over the home position (HP) sensor. If not either the leadscrew needs a good cleaning and lubrication, or the stepper motor is dead. In my case with the 4-press it was the motor totally unable to move. Just out of curiosity I took it out and found the rotor locked nothing to do but order a replacement. In your case it could only be a lubrication prob. Has the recorder been serviced regularly /recently ?

Yes, the CTP was installed 3 months ago, I don't think to be a bad service problem. In the past 2 months, there was no activity in the company, so the CTP was stopped.
Each time I send a job from the RIP, I get the error you can see in the pictures, at 2-5 seconds after "WORKING" appear in the left corner of the CTP screen. In Hardware menu we found that one motor from the Expose system is malfunctioning (Y motor). Could be any sensor involved in this error, or is the motor itself who cause the problem, or is only my mistake?
I want to mention that now we use plates of 400x510mm, 0.2mm.

Again, the motor could be seized or traverse system unable to travel left to right due to bad lubrication. Shut down the machine and try to move the carriage by hand a few turns.
If you're not comfortable with opening the platesetter and doing things better look for a service engineer in your area. May not be a cheaper solution but definitely a quicker one...

I think you have some troubles with power supply for Carriage motor - 42V from Distribution board. Without motors interlock active turn on from s/w Carriage motor and check with multimeter does DC 42V on the motor's connector is OK. If NOT check Big blue OMRON relay on the Distribution board.
